utils: add script to check and update component to the latest release

David Caro requested to merge add_update_compontent into main

Had to rename some repos to match the component name here so it was easy to generate the repo url.

If we want to keep a different component here than the repo, we will have to add some kind of 'registry' of which repo each component comes from.
